- Submit academic certificates & passport / identity card info

• Issuance of eligibility letter/ offer letter
• Proceed to fill up application form, scholarship form, submit with

• Passport Copy (only 2 pages of passport per A4 page with actual size)
• Photo (JPEG format, white background with size of 45mm x 35mm)
• Make payment for university application & student Visa application
• student transfer direct to university account
• Check the Visa status through Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) Online
• Electronic Visa Approval Letter (E-VAL) issuance, student then apply single entry visa at Embassy of Malaysia
• Make payment of first semester fee & other fee as well directly to University.
• Send receipt of transfer to Counsellor
• Flight ticket booking
• Inform counselor 10 days before arrival (to alert/book/fix the pick-up session details by the University)
• Arrive in Malaysia, pick up by University and Q Study representative
